Dog Walker Left Pet in Pool of its Own Blood

Oakland, CA: ABC7 reports that Oakland resident Kimberly Schwab’s dog “was left in a pool of its own blood after she hired a dog walker through the “Wag!” dog walking service.” According to the report, Schwab said her dog was left “injured and alone for five hours.” The dog is recovering after getting more than 50 stitches on her face. Meanwhile, Wag! said it had suspended the pet care provider from its platform pending an investigation.
