Anaheim, CA: A dog owner is offering a $3,000 reward for the safe return of Kino, his pomeranian mix, who ran out of the front door and front gate at the home of a Rover.com pet sitter on the 4th of July, according to a report by CBS Los Angeles. Owner Hwong Dao says the Rover.com sitter helped put up missing dog fliers and offered condolences, but that all stopped in August when she went on vacation.
